Essential Care is ideal for owners who want their property professionally inspected while away.

Included:

Comfort Care offers active property management for homes that are regularly used or rented out.

Everything from Essential Care, plus:

• Coordination of maintenance and repairs
• Management of cleaning, garden, and pool services
• Handling of malfunctions and emergencies
• Contact with suppliers and professionals
• Presence during work activities
• Pre- and post-season inspections
• More detailed reports (including photos)
• Active communication and consultation

Suitable for:

• Villas with a garden and/or swimming pool
• Homes larger than 120 m²
• Regular use or light rental

Everything from Comfort Care, plus:

How are our rates determined?

Our starting prices are based on a reference home up to 150 m² with standard installations. The final monthly price is determined by the factors below.

Home size

• Up to 150 m² → included
• 150–250 m² → +€30 per month
• 250–350 m² → +€60 per month
• Larger than 350 m² → customization

Installations

A fixed monthly surcharge applies for additional installations:

• Swimming pool → + €30 per month
• Elevator → + €25 per month
• Jacuzzi → + €20 per month
• Alarm system → + €10 per month
• Multiple air conditioning units → + €20 per month

With Full Serenity Care, the first two additional installations are included.

Use & Rental

• Private use or occasional stay → included
• Regular use → + €40 per month
• Intensive rental → + €95 per month
