That's why we offer rental management exclusively in conjunction with an active property management package. This guarantees quality, continuity, and a worry-free experience for both owners and guests.
What do we mean by rental management?
At Coeur d’Azur Concierge, rental management means we are fully responsible for the commercial and operational rental process, from booking to departure. This includes:
• Actively listing your property on our rental channels
• Managing availability and rates
• Full guest communication before, during, and after their stay
• Coordination of check-in and check-out
• Coordination with cleaning and technical maintenance
• Processing payments, deposits, and reports
• Monthly income and occupancy reporting We act as your property's local representative.

Renting a vacation home without local management carries risks:

When is the 10% commission calculated?
The 10% commission is calculated exclusively on bookings made through Coeur d’Azur Concierge's rental channels, where we:
• Actively advertise the property
• Manage the reservation
• Handle guest communication
• Coordinating check-in and check-out
• Operationally monitor the stay
Owner-Owned Bookings
If you bring in a tenant yourself and:
• maintain communication with the guest yourself
• arrange payment yourself
• and the booking is made outside of our rental channels (but is blocked for personal use)
then this reservation is not covered by rental management. ➡️ No commission is charged for these bookings
➡️ The fixed monthly fee of €125 remains applicable for ongoing property management
In this case, Coeur d’Azur Concierge is not responsible for communication, check-in, check-out, or accommodation support, unless this is agreed upon in advance.
