Our promises: definitions and applicability of the general terms and conditions
Here you can read about the basis of our collaboration. We, Coeur d’Azur Concierge, are referred to herein as the "Manager," and you, our contractual partner, are referred to herein as the "Owner." These terms and conditions apply to all our offers, services, and agreements, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We perform our concierge and property management services to the best of our knowledge and ability, with quality and care as our top priorities.

Clear agreements: more specific terms and conditions
We take the management of your keys very seriously. Keys are handled with the utmost care. We are not liable for loss or theft, except in cases of demonstrable gross negligence on our part. Access to your home is granted only at your request as the owner, or in strictly necessary situations to prevent damage to your property. Your privacy and the security of your home are our priority.

Liability, privacy and applicable law according to the terms and conditions
We coordinate all work performed by third parties, if necessary. Although we supervise, we are not directly responsible for the performance or quality of these third parties. If agreed, we can also handle your rental management. A rental commission is payable solely based on realized rental income. Our liability is limited to direct damages and a maximum of the annual management fee. In the event of force majeure, we are not obligated to fulfill our obligations. As the owner, you remain responsible for adequate building and liability insurance. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and used solely for the performance of the agreement. This agreement is governed by French law, and any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in France..
